I was charmed by the attention to detail. complimentary bottled water and snacks were replaced daily, so convenient. staff provided a list of open eateries on thanksgiving, showing great care. i received a complimentary drink at the bar. Every staff member was both friendly and helpful.
i noticed some slight wear in the hallways, specifically on the carpets.

A Mixed Experience

The staff demonstrated friendliness and attentiveness. The hotel offered a Keurig coffee maker in the room (a nice touch) and provided complimentary water bottles daily. This made mornings quite convenient.
I was given the option of a city-facing or interior view, but the interior view room faced a wall only eight feet away. Little natural light entered the room. I felt a lack of hospitality from start to finish.
