wonderful experience at the hotel

i loved how fast and cute the check-in was , plus, i learned about all the hotel perks. the room had space and felt very clean. the beds felt very soft , and i slept well.
i noticed a small rip in the carpet near the door , but it was a really minor thing , and everything else was perfect

the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well during the heatwave.
I was given the option of a city facing or quiet interior view upon checking in. I thought quiet meant a charming courtyard, but the sixth-floor room faced a wall eight feet away with little light, like a prison. there was no introduction to the hotel amenities, so i didn't know about the gym or restaurant until the next day, as there were no welcome pamphlets. the front desk agent didn't ask about my stay upon checkout.

Absolutely wonderful stay

The staff was attentive. I appreciated the small extras. I found snacks in the room upon arrival. Lemonade was available at the front desk, a sweet touch. There was also a candy bar by the elevator, a fun surprise (i loved it!). The hotel's location worked very well for sightseeing. The location secure hotel, so I felt comfortable walking at night. The cleanliness and modern design of the hotel were apparent. I especially appreciated plentiful bottled water provided. The room had air conditioning that worked well. The bed and pillows helped ensure I slept soundly each night. I was offered drink vouchers for the bar. It was nice to have a drink before dinner at the theater. The room's design and layout proved functional and relaxing. The bathroom space was ample with good lighting. I really felt at home here. I am already planning my next visit.
The gym could use a few more updated machines.

I was charmed by the attention to detail. complimentary bottled water and snacks were replaced daily, so convenient. staff provided a list of open eateries on thanksgiving, showing great care. i received a complimentary drink at the bar. Every staff member was both friendly and helpful.
i noticed some slight wear in the hallways, specifically on the carpets.

A Mixed Experience

The staff demonstrated friendliness and attentiveness. The hotel offered a Keurig coffee maker in the room (a nice touch) and provided complimentary water bottles daily. This made mornings quite convenient.
I was given the option of a city-facing or interior view, but the interior view room faced a wall only eight feet away. Little natural light entered the room. I felt a lack of hospitality from start to finish.
